I love purchasing my printers from Best Buy. I can rely on them having no damage, exactly what I want and the best prices. This is an updated printer of what I had that I used it till the end.

This was a really good investment works great ive had it for over a year and had no issues with it and it was on sale at the time i got it so that makes it even better i would definitely recommend it.

This machine prints and copies extremely quickly and is much quieter than my last Epson. The only negative thing I have found is when faxing multiple pages, it doesn’t feed them through individually and I have to hold the pages in place as the top one goes thru. Frustrating and a waste of time for me.

This printer is one of the finest home, casual use, printers I've owned. I'd 100% purchase it again. No connectivity issues (like all my previous printers) - it just simply works.

Great for non-high volume home office work. Menus are structured to simply guide you through most processes. The Epson website is a little non-intuitive.

I had a WorkForce printer that after 6 years, that gave up the ghost, so I went to Best Buy to replace it. I liked my previous one and the sales person directed me to this model, the 4820. It works great! It was easy to set up and I've used all three features I needed; printing, scanning and copying. The wireless has worked well for my mobile and laptop as well my desktop.

Good deal for price. I dont usually do a lot of printing and in that case this printer is perfect. It's very easy to use! I know this because I figured it out and had it set up and printing within a half hour and I've never owned a computer or printer before and I don't use one for work or anything else so I am on my own learning as I go! The only down side is the ink. I ran out of 2 of the colors within the first week of having it. I dont know if the cartridges that came with it have less ink than the cartridges you buy in the store but I will find out soon! I hope im not disappointed cuz I'm pretty happy so far.

Best printer i ever bought and was at good price,Only difficulty was finding where the updates were.once found easy to do.Prints great haven't prinbted a picture though but think it's capable.INks seem to last longer than expected.

The cost of this printer was worth it. It performs just great. Love it!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted another Epson however Best Buy made an offer which was hard to refuse. 4yr replacement. My last Epson was any good. HOWEVER, this one is excellent so far. Delivers all that is advertised. No paper loss and the print is very good. Small too fits my home office perfectly. Thanks Best Buy for the offer happy I made the purchase.

Great customer service. The store representative went above and beyond helping me find the last one of this model printer that they had left. Highly recommend the Maplewood best buy and the Eden prairie outlet center. If you have any issues at Eden prairie ask for Alberto. He's awesome!

Overall this printer is great. It was easy to set up. The print quality and speed is perfect. I am using it for home use: printing documents from e-mail or web sites, scanning, making copies for personal folders. The one downside is that you will need to go to the website to find some of the set up instructions. I am not a techie, but I was able to follow the instructions and do all the set-ups.

Excellent printer. Fast, quiet. Good value. Slightly large but overall a good size

Looks good and has all the right features but setting this printer up on your home network is what is challenging compared to all other printers I've done this with.
