Works well. Installation was a breeze and the ink is less expensive than with my old printer. What is not to like?

Good overall product as to features, but some really bad issues. First, if you connect to download software (originally or updates) it will make it so you can't use anything except the OEM Epson ink cartridges which are needlessly expensive (so don't connect it). Also, it keeps losing connection with Wifi and has to be restarted about 2-3 x per week. Lastly, customer service stinks. Just use your Best Buy program and avoid the Epson waste of time.

EPSON is my to All-In-One brand.
This model is very versatile and is able to receive the XL cartridge.
I have several EPSON's during my life and still my preferred.

Love the printer. The only thing is that it will not scan to email a lot of pages like the one in my office at work, and I have the newer version of the printer. Disappointed with that feature. I absolutely love the one in my office at work , which is why I bought this one.

Love this Printer. This is an upgrade from my old Epson Workforce 845. It is an all in one and has all functions I need.

Decent printer for the value but ink cartridges are small and run out fast. Too bad its not like the 4530. I liked that one better. I only bought another Epson because I liked that one. I'm disappointed in how difficult it was to set this up too. I gave it to my grandkids and bought an HP.

This printer met all of my expectations it’s a lot quieter than our old printer

I like Epsons so had high hopes for this one. But kinda fell short of expectations. Print quality is marginal (have to keep cleaning heads) and overall it is an ink hog.

Unboxed the printer, was able to scan 40 pages but then had a paperjam and a 000061 ERROR code that wouldnt go away. Called customer service, did trouble shoot, and was told I had to ship the printer to them to get it fixed and wait 5-7 days shipping time. Returning product. Had high hopes.. but also the paper tray were such a headache to try and push back in as it would get stuck and wouldn’t close all the way unless I tussled with it

Great printer, quiet does what I tell it to do, so far no paper jams.

After this short time, the printer keeps telling me there is a paper jam.
There is NO paper to be found in it anywhere.
It keeps repeating instructions to remove non-existent paoer, and will NOT allow any other usage.
