Good experience with the Epson Workforce Pro

First, if you connect to download software (originally or updates) it will make it so you can't use anything except the OEM Epson ink cartridges which are needlessly expensive (so don't connect it). Also, it keeps losing connection with Wifi and has to be restarted about 2-3 x per week. Lastly, customer service stinks. Just use your Best Buy program and avoid the Epson waste of time.

The only thing is that it will not scan to email a lot of pages like the one in my office at work, and I have the newer version of the printer. Disappointed with that feature. I absolutely love the one in my office at work , which is why I bought this one.

Too bad its not like the 4530. I liked that one better. I only bought another Epson because I liked that one. I'm disappointed in how difficult it was to set this up too. I gave it to my grandkids and bought an HP.

Called customer service, did trouble shoot, and was told I had to ship the printer to them to get it fixed and wait 5-7 days shipping time. Returning product. Had high hopes.. but also the paper tray were such a headache to try and push back in as it would get stuck and wouldn’t close all the way unless I tussled with it

There is NO paper to be found in it anywhere. It keeps repeating instructions to remove non-existent paoer, and will NOT allow any other usage.
