Had it one day and it's going right back, Should have known better. I had an Epson before and it was a hunk of junk and so is this. Built like garbage you could break it by sneezing on it. So, where to start? The bloated software that includes 2 different scanning utilities, neither of which works? The document feeder that cannot do 2 sided scanning without jamming EVERY SINGLE TIME and ripping the pages. The inability to scan from the unit to a computer either via "scan to computer" or "scan to WSD" even though all the software is installed? And of course the constantly dropped wifi. Absolute piece of garbage.

printer keeps reporting a paper jam after a print job, their isn't a paper jam. conversation with epson has been weak.

Complicated and clunky. Wouldn't sync with either a Mac or a Dell.
Hard to load paper. Don't waste your money on this one. Took it back the next day.
Of note is how customer friendly the Pensacola Best Buy is!
