One year warranty expired so had too trash two cameras so far

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
--Please make sure that the IndoorCam is powered by its original power adapter, please try plugging it into a different outlet;
--Please reboot the Router and make sure that the IndoorCam is able to get great wifi signal from the Router at its location;
--Enable HotSpot on your phone and make the indoor connect to your hotspot to see if the issue can be resolved. Steps:side menu>my devices>wifi connection>change wifi
--Perform a hard reset on your Indoor Cam by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 5 seconds, wait 30 seconds for it to reboot, and repeat the setup process. (We recommend saving important videos from eufy app before reset)

Not worth the money

- Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level(type)
- Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.

Do not expect them to last

Reached out to Eufy support, they will not stand behind their product. The only suggestion they made was to press the reset buttons. These are more expensive than other brands, I expected more out of them.

Does Not Work With Google Home

So I would stay away from buying these caneras

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please make sure that your HomeBase 2 is connected to the Internet and the LED is blue.
- Make sure the Homebase is not close to the wall/corner or ceiling.
- Please check on the camera’s battery level. If it is too low, charge the battery.
- Make sure there are no obstacles around Homebase and the distance between Homebase and the camera should be within 20-30ftm, and move the Homebase closer to the camera to see whether it helps.The menu to check Wi-Fi signal is ""Device--Setting--Wi-Fi Connection"", if it shows “Great”, the network should be smooth.
- Please press the SYNC button on the back of the camera to see if it is back online.
- Please save all important videos from eufy app, then remove the camera which is offline on the EufySecurity app and then re-add it.
- Please try to change another network cable to connect a different port on your router

If you subscribe to our cloud storage service, your videos are securely stored in the cloud and can be deleted at any time. Your videos will be permanently deleted from our servers according to the storage period on your plan.
To provide users with push notifications to their mobile devices, some of our security solutions create small preview images (thumbnails) of videos that are briefly and securely hosted on an AWS-based cloud server. These thumbnails utilize server-side encryption and are set to automatically delete and are in compliance with Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging standards. Users can only access or share these thumbnails after securely logging into their eufy Security account.

Works then Quit on me

So, if it won't charge, then it can't provide security. I think it's just a bad one because I purchased 7 in total and this is the only one acting up.
