    Easy setup, great picture quality. Several sound options for the doorbell. Easy ro use mobile app. Allows you to speak to someone at your door, allows you to record a message for guest ringing your door bell. Talks to the guest if they are loitering. Sends out a lerts to your phone.

    Eufy has been a great addition for package deliveries and since it doesn't require a subscription it's a no brainer. Easy to setup and so far I would say it's a reliable even when the neighbors cat walks by the door you know something is there.

    It works as advertised. A little harder to install than claimed. I still do not know how to do all of the settings as there is no user manual. Their online help is a bot that is not well trained. I asked if there was an online .pdf manual, and the bot replied: "We are really sorry for any inconvenience that occurred. In this case, could you please tell us more details of the pdf? We will check it." This is both amusing and disheartening. There are many 'help' videos that do not answer my questions, and heavily advertise their product rather than actually help. Bottom line: Average.

    Does its job. It sends you a notification when someone or something is at your front door, but it doesn’t have a chime or sound to make from the base to notify anyone in the home that someone is at the door.

    This doorbell works as advertised, except for Alexa. I have a Dot, and despite all attempts, it will not ring on Alexa. It is enabled, etc. Outside of that, it is a really good doorbell. It has a clear view, and gives good support. So far, so good.
