Cleans well, and does everything it says it will. Extremely easy to use and frees up my time to do other things. Must have for pet owners.

Can’t beat it for the price. The battery doesn’t seem as long lasting as its direct competition (Roborock S8 Pro), then again it’s priced much lower.

This the best I have had so far. The mapping, cleaning and mopping plus it self wash and dry is absolutely the best.

I have 10 pets so fighting fur is a daily thing which was my main reason for buying this. It has so far exceeded expectations and gets used daily. I do have a decent sized house so it cannot finish the entire upstairs without having to charge itself at least once or twice but it will charge until it has enough battery to go finish where it left off which is nice. It also mapped fairly quick and accurately and has a nice app for editing rooms if you need too. It has a ton of great features for the price so would recommend.

This works great - vacuum and mop. It’s quiet and you can set a schedule.

Navigates obstacles well, app is really intuitive. Cleans up litter and pet hair great.

Love the mopping action and the easy to use base station.

I love the smart function. My second floor is a mix of carpet and hardwood and it detects the floor type to start and stop mopping as needed. Not to count the ultra suction power that deep cleans the carpet areas. Fair for the price I paid, $549 on sale.

Very powerful and accurate robot vacuum. The mop isn't just a wet cloth on the back, it actually rotates and scrubs. The camera helps considerably over my older robot vacuum from bashing into everything. Only drawbacks is the smaller brush will get caught up with lots of pet hair and long hair and it has a smaller bag area for the vacuum emptying.

Could not believe ho well this machine worked...I call it life changing!

The set up was extremely easy with just one initial run to map the entire floor plan. I run it every night when going to bed and the floors (wood and carpet) are very clean in the morning. I like the mop feature which makes the wood floor squeaky clean.

I love this robot vac. It does an excellent job on all my floors. The object avoidance on this thing is second to none. I vacuums and mops with ease and with no interruption. I will absolutely recommend this vac to anyone in the market for a new robot vaccum.

This robot is awesome. It does an excellent job keeping my floors clean, is simple to use and maintain, does not trap dog hair in the brush and wheels, is much quieter than my previous vacuum robots, does not bump into things. Infinitely better than the clunky, aggravating, overpriced, maintenance nightmare robots from the former leading brand. The only complaints i can think of include: it tries to climb the legs of swivel chairs, and the app nags you to change debris bags when the bag is only half full. Other than that, it's truly a remarkable device. I even bought a second one for another part of the house. Oh, and the software is also excellent.

Purchased as a gift for a couple with two small kids, I continue to be thanked for making their lives easier. It gets the small stuff, saves A TON of time otherwise spent sweeping and mopping, and their floors look great!
