purchased this because we had a similar model to this which is no longer being made. We really liked the older model and after a few years had to replace it. we have a small dog that sheds. well, this vacuum just didnt cut it. nevermind the pet hairs, i would have to pass over hardwood floors about 4 times before i could physically see any difference. and even after all that....it still felt like i was stepping on debris that this didnt pick up. after two months of trying to give it a chance, we got fed up and returmed it. not worth the time/money.
