On time and professional, but needed to reschedule for a second, longer visit to address all our concerns

I had a sound system in a poolhouse go bad. Best Buy sent their rep to inspect the system, recommend items needed to repair the system, and sent a team to execute the repairs at a reasonable price.

The man that came out was on time, very knowledgeable and even after coming out to the apartment provided excellent customer service. He even went as far as meeting us in another store to complete the purchase.

The service was not worth the fee. The consultantion was not thorough and I received inaccurate recommendations.

Both consultants were excellent. We plan on using you for t5he install but we just haven't set it up yet.

Geek Squad installed our new 4K TV. Quick and professional and set up TV to internet so we could watch right away. Quick install and very courteous. Highly recommended if you have a custom install like we did.

I signed up for an in-home Geek Squad consultation for a new home theater projector. The gentleman was courteous and knew the products, however he did not follow up. I emailed a request a week later to see if I could still buy the item, and have it installed, but nothing. Now the item price went up. I guess I will buy it elsewhere and install myself.

My review is excellant with no problems. The install team noticed that the t.v. they were installing was bad. Nick saw some pixal problems so he ordered me a new t.v. and the next week came and put it in, no problem.

Mathew is very professional , he was very patient had a smile and explained things in detail. He gave me a true timeline of events and stuck to them and followed them. His communications are very explanatory

It was a great meeting but it took quite a while to get the quote. The consultant did hid best to get the process moving

Next time, when your rep from magnolia visits a home to give a consultation, make sure he also follows up. I even checked with the gentlemen who delivered my TV and they stated they would give him the correct info in case he had the incorrect number to contact me at. Still no call

The system meets our needs for high quality image and sound. The installation was done by knowledgeable, professionals in a timely fashion, who also did an excellent job of explaining how to use the system.

Very knowledgeable "GEEK" any question Brian had the answer, Shared insights of past jobs. Felt at ease, comfortable, with our decision all the questions were answered. Thank You Best Buy, Thank You Brian.

I paid Bestbuy $100 for a consultation about putting in a home theatre. I received the consultation over 2 weeks ago. So far I haven't received any final feedback. I wasn't there when he came over but I did speak to the gentleman who did the consultation and we spoke less than 5 minutes. He said he was going to get back to me with a written assessment. So far nothing.

The 4 k by sony looks like the scene or characters are in the room with you. Any of your favorite movies are worth watching again because it's a whole new experience. Black even has many different shades.

As of today's date, I have not received a quote from the best rep who came to my house to take my information from each room I wanted the install * Pretty sorry process* to date as several, several weeks has come and gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I called him a couple a weeks ago and the rep said he would send to me, well I am still waiting! And waiting and waiting!

The in home consultation was invaluable, the info Grant gave me helped me inform the electricians where to place everything. I would recommend an in home consultation without reservations.

Greg was sent out, we thought he was very informative and took time to explain thing to us. We are in our 70's and not familiar with the new technology. We learned a lot but I just hope we can retain it.

The guys from Best Buy are great. Would recommend them even if you are able to set up your system. Very knowledgeable about all of the equipment and how to get the best from your system.

Our first SMART TV. We wanted to be able to get movies from different sources. We can now and love the fact we can get them when we want them. Am still learning many of the other features.
