This slide in style is modern and looks great in our kitchen. The burners turn on quickly for easy cooking. The storage drawer is great for baking sheets. The oven racks slide out very easily for access to hot food for easy removal.

Delayed start a problem

While I was all for a simpler control panel, I would have never purchased this model if I’d known the limitation on delayed start. I use this feature weekly and am tempted to sell it and get one with better features.

Quick delivery, upsetting results.

I ordered the product online but was told I would need to go into the store for replacement burner caps. At the store, they provided me with a different number to call. I called and was told new burner caps would be sent to me. After several weeks, I have still not received those caps. The 3rd time using the oven, the cord appears to have burnt up for some reason and arc'd to the gas line causing a hole in the gas line. So far this has not been a good replacement oven for us.

Funny smell when you first use the oven

Initially, I thought uh-oh because of the smell when you first use the oven. That went away after a couple of weeks. I love how it bakes my meats and pastries etc.

This was the main reason I chose to purchase from Best Buy and not from another retailer. The item has not been delivered yet, but the availability and purchase process was easy and staff were friendly and went above and beyond explaining options to me.
