The ice maker came free with the refrigerator, so I didn't know what to expect, but it has been fine so far. I've had several ice makers that were very noisy on much more expensive refrigerators, but this one isn't nearly as noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend

Never installed ice maker

Went back to the store 3times over this Ice maker. Was told I would get a call regarding this matter from corporate. Waited 2 weeks no call. So I had lost $50 paying a plumber to come to install which he couldn't because of the wrong part. In the end I returned the ice maker an I am not bothering to install another one. Easy just to make my own ice. Between having to exchange my fridge because it wouldn't stay cold I lost $100 in food an $50 on a plumber. Not very happy with this. But it's to late now to do anything about it.

It is however missing pre-purchase information to select this complete kit for a custom installation fit!!!
