It's kind of a pain in the butt to update in the computer and is a little glitchy afterwards when using. It does get me to where I need to go, and I need that!

Sometimes really frustrating (out of 100, it does not catch GPS 40 times). I guess I got buggy product from Garmin.

I do speak clearly and with good English. Ok GPS, but needs some tweaking. Haven't downloaded latest updates, so maybe wonky hotel listings will be fixed.

I returned the first one because Garmin tech support confirmed it was defective and bought a second one. Same problems. Does not turn back on and needs to be rebooted every time. I paid the extra money and upgraded to the DriveSmart which works fine.

Hopefully online Garmin support will be better will never buy anything from Best Buy again.
