Very easy to use. Really happy with this microwave. Good space too.

Nice microwave. Fits into our decor. Delivery went very well with the installer being very knowledgeable and informative.

We’ve only had the microwave for a week. Thus far we have found it easy to operate. Only complaint is that the handle is bulky and doesn’t match the style of our other GE appliances.

Can be vented outside. Has all the extras except not convection which I did not need. Easy to operate. Has light underneath. Like the grey interior. I am very happy with it!

The GE microwave oven has many important features. I love the sensor option. I have used to warm up beverages. It works very well. I also love the vent fan. It helps eliminate some of the grease when cooking on the stove. This is a great microwave. It has really exceeded my expectations.

Was replacing an older over the range microwave and wanted to match with the other newer kitchen appliances. Has all the bells and whistles but basically I bought it because I figured for an extra $50 (above a basic model), I'd have more features- and over the next 10-20 years- it works out to pennies.

Great microwave. The amount of room inside the microwave is great for bigger dishes. Has great features, like the defrost button. I would definitely recommend this microwave if you're in the market for a new one. The exhaust fan is another wonderful feature, it has 3 speeds!

Very Pleased with the GE - 1.9 Cu Ft Microwave I like the Slate Color and the key pad design. Installation was easy and took a short time.

The price was good. Relatively easy to install. So far, I’ve had no issues with the performance.

It does everything I want it to do. I like the gray interior. Easy to clean holds larger dishes than my previous one. This is my third GE and I’ve never had any problem until they died of old age!

After our 18-year old GE microwave finally died, I did a lot of research on new ones. We decided we'd rather not have a convection since we had a convection oven and convection toaster oven. We definitely did not want a dial instead of a number pad; this is because we've always had a number pad and it's so much easier. It's like less "clicking" on the computer -- less levels to go through. We love the Melt feature since we melt butter all the time. The 30 second button is a must have -- and most microwaves do have them. I would have given this microwave 5 stars, but the buttons are a little harder to push, and though the interior is easy to clean, it's too dark. That makes grime a bit harder to see. We've only had it a month, but like it very much!

The slate color finish is why we chose this microwave. Great space inside for anything we need to cook. The main shortfall is the function key pad is not illuminated and very hard to read unless the room lights are on.

Very happy with this microwave. Got a nicer model for less due to a great sale! GE makes their microwaves a little smaller outside measurements than other brands which I like. Nice finish

Finally installed today, easy install to replace older model, display is a different color, white vs green, which isn’t a big deal. Much quieter than the old one and heated up water quick!

I ordered this to replace my Built in GE Spacemaker, that was the replacement suggested by GE. I have to say it is physically smaller on the outside by larger on the inside that is why I had to buy the trim kit. The microwave is very nice and very quiet and the best part is that the fan in mush quieter.

Looks and works great so far. Staff was knowledgeable and installer were able to install it quickly.

So far, so good in terms of basic usage. However in comparison to my old Maytag which lasted about 15 years, it lacks some features. One I very much miss was a a fairly unique "add 9 seconds" button in addition to the "add 30 seconds" one. Also the sensitivity of the control panel is not as good. We sometimes have to try multiple times to get a selection to be recognized. We opted not to spring for the "fingerprint-free" feature, so sure enough, this model does get smudges easily". Install was not bad, but final mounting does require 2 strong people to perform.

Was installed to fast. Did not clean the saw dust up. Turn on fan it blows sawdust from behind and vibrates half of the time. Was told on phone that a replacement would be sent because door doesn't line up. Still waiting on call .......

The new microwave works great! Fairly easy to program too! Potatoes are really easy to program!
