It’s in a 9’ x 11’ room and struggled to cool it. The filter light continues to flash red even thought the filter had been removed ad cleaned. It’s still under warranty so hopefully can get it replaced . Don’t buy this unit11 many others to chose from that actually work as stated

Very satisfied with this product and really like the auto setting since it shuts down when it reaches selected temperature and restarts to maintain that temperature range.

They dont get as cool as they should. Only used for about 10 days. Overall, diasappointed and definitely would not purchase again

Takes a few minutes for the compressor to turn on, every time you power on the unit. Also, every time you power on the machine, any previous settings you have will reset.

It was the same size and BTU's. So I bought this one and returned their unit after a week tryout and I wish I had the off brand.

If it's cool outside but it's hot inside the room, this unit will not work. My roommate purchased the brand Midea, the same BTU as this one and that one cools down a lot better. Totally regret buying this brand.
