I bought this air conditioner on July 20, 2023. It’s October 16th, and this product already broke down. Not even 3 months and it gave out. It makes a noise, like a loud phone vibrating. When ever it tries to cool, that noise happens and it shuts off. Never cooling the room. I wouldn’t recommend buying this, but if you do, buy extra warranty. I cant believe it took 3 months to break down. BeCareful.

While we’re very glad the air conditioner is running well and keeping your area cool, we truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with the unit recently not syncing up properly with the app. We designed some of our air conditioners with WiFi connectivity in order to increase your convenience, and know not being able to turn on the unit remotely must be frustrating. We’d like to assist. The model you left this review on, AHP06LZ, is actually not one of our WiFi compatible models; if you’ve been using an app for your air conditioner your model number is likely different. We mention this because the manual associated with your correct model will have a section discussing the WiFi, which may help resolve this issue; you can look up the manual by searching for your model number on our GE website. I don't like the fact you don't have the option of moving the levers more than two ways. and I also don't like you can only remove the filter from the side not from the front. I will be exchanging this AC for a new one.

I will be returning it for a different option. I’ll gladly spend more money to not have to deal with this. I do not recommend this product whatsoever!
