This is one of the worst, if not thee worst, purchases I ever made! A complete waste of money! I can’t use it because of how obnoxiously loud it is plus doesn’t do a great job of cooling! But can’t return it because unfortunately, the box was mistakenly thrown away & I was told I can’t return without it. So, if you like falling asleep to sounds of really loud rattling motorboats and you don’t like it all that cool, this AC is for you!

Posted .Thanks for choosing GEA and reviewing your air conditioner. We're sorry to hear it has not gone well and will be happy to help. To help with cooling, make sure there is nothing obstructing the unit such as a curtain or piece of furniture, doors to the room are kept closed, and the unit is properly sized for the area. Also, make sure the filter is cleaned regularly and the unit is set to Cool. For noise issues, the main cause is vibration between the unit and the window. To reduce this, make sure the air conditioner is secured to the window tightly. Please let us know if you have any more questions or concerns. - John@GEA
