Second Story house, Built in early 2000s pretty energy efficient. Room Size is 144 SQ FT, so I bought a model up for 250 SQ FT, it never does get to temperature, even after running all day, with the Central air conditioner. Also like another user mentioned TONS of bugs get through the cracks you can see outside if you peek through, and it caused a huge spider issue. Not fun.
