    Disappointed!! Unit often "turns itself off/shuts down" in the middle of the hottest nights. We only run this unit at night for six-seven hours. Constantly have to get up to re-program/restart the unit-- and even then it often doesn't stay on....

    Terrible longevity! Only lasted a few years before all went to crap. Impossible to clean which is why it probably pooped out as fast as it did!

    Not too happy with this. Second Story house, Built in early 2000s pretty energy efficient. Room Size is 144 SQ FT, so I bought a model up for 250 SQ FT, it never does get to temperature, even after running all day, with the Central air conditioner. Also like another user mentioned TONS of bugs get through the cracks you can see outside if you peek through, and it caused a huge spider issue. Not fun.

    The a/c unit I bought was defective. I was able to obtain a new unit and was in and out of the East Hanover NJ store in 10 mins! I love Best Buy!

    Not very powerful and the air is born very cold. It’s for a very small bedroom and still it can feel moist.

    Great ac! Only thing i dont like is it auto goes into eco mode. I turn off central ac and use this to get my bedroom cold.
