It’s easy to install and does a modest job of cooling a small room, but It’s fairly loud, even on low fan. Will be returning.

I found a YouTube video that said to crank it as low d as it will go and open the windows. Then let it run like that for 6 hours. That did the job.

Setting it to a particular temperature does not work, it will ignore what you set and just make it 5 degrees colder if it wants to. There is no point in trying to adjust the temperature up or down. You get cold or not cold and you have no other choice in the matter. Also every time you turn it on it reverts to a default mode rather than what you had it set to previously. It is also extremely loud, louder than any window air conditioner I have ever had before. I have to turn it off every time I need to make a phone call because it makes so much noise.
