    This purchase was for my nephews room and it is a small room. It should have zero problems cooling it off. It will say it’s 68 degrees in the room but an external thermometer shows 73. I think the thermometer in the AC is messed up.

    The A/C blows cold just not very hard. Also, it doesn’t blow to units right side, so sit on the left side and close.

    A HUGE waste of money.... sounds like rocks rolling around inside... doesn’t stay cold either.... when you place the temperature colder the rocks sound louder and the temperature stays the same .... plus a looooooong annoying humming sound starts... unfortunately if you do not purchase the plan they do not cover it.... day one of purchase BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!!
