Easy to put in cools a room not too heavy to lift into the window looks nice. Has a remote that we haven't figured out yet you can use your Amazon Alexa with it.

This is a good, solid AC unit. For reference, I live in an efficiency apartment and it keeps me cool. I love that it has a remote, but I wish I had sprung for a smart unit that I could turn on before I got home or could keep track of while I'm away, but that's a personal preference.

Works great for a small room or office, easy to install. Easy to use with the included remote control.

So far so good. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a tad noisy. But it does what it’s supposed to do. I use it in my bedroom and it does what I need it to do. I turn it on about a half hour before I go to bed and my bedroom is nice and cool. With a variety of settings it’s all good. I would recommend this to cool one room.

If you have a smaller room and are in need of an air conditioner just to get the job done, this is the one. Installation was no problem, and it cooled down the room in absolutely no time at all. It doesn't have any bells and whistles, but for the price, we are happy with the purchase. It works great for a bedroom or an office.

Good unit for small room....easy to install...simple to operate....

My 400 s.f. cabin picks up a lot of solar gain and holds the heat. This small air conditioner has kept me quite comfortable through record heat. The fan, eco, and cooling modes work well and are easy to adjust for maximum economy. The remote is easy to use. I am very pleased with good function at a nice price.

Does the job well in cooling the bedroom...much lighter in weight compared to the old ones...remote controlled which is a plus...

This air conditioner performed as described. Really appreciated the timer feature and and temperature settings. The side panels were a bit thin but they did perform to keep the elements and bugs out. Installation was easy. Cooled the space it was used in very well. It ran fairly quietly as AC units go.

I have had it for a month and it works very well. I especially like that it comes with a remote control so that I can operate it from a distance, comparing with having to let the cold air directly blow on the body when operating it at the control panel on the machine. I also like the digital display. I usually turn it on at the fan mode to let the digital display show me the current temperature of my room, then I switch it to eco mode to my desired temperature. I can time how long it takes the machine to bring the current temperature of my room down to my desired temperature, because the fan will turn off automatically at eco mode. That's how I know my desired temperature is reached. And, it usually takes anywhere from 10 minutes to 50 minutes for the machine to bring down the temperature to my desired degrees for my 150 square feet room, depending on the outside temperature and the temperature gap the machine has to bring down. The area that the fan can cover seems shrank after a month. Now I only feel the blow of the air when I am really close to the machine. I used to be able to feel the air at the opposite side of the room when I just got it. My room faces the southeast and it is on the top floor, so it gets the sunlight the most of the day. My poor machine hence has to work extra harder to cool my room when it is directly exposed under the sun for the most of the day without any sort of shade or covering. I assume maybe this is what caused the fan coverage shrank only after a month. Its working environment is simply too harsh. I cover the outside part of the machine with a piece of plastic bag when it rains, so that the summer thunder storms can not pour into the machine to rust the inner parts. However, I have not figured out how to get it a shade in the sunny days yet. I see homes let their machines exposed directly in the sun and the rain without any measures of protection. I also heard machines left like this stop cooling properly within a year or two. I hope mine can last long with my care.

The room is nice and cool. The air conditioner was installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. There was an initial problem with the air conditioner plug. It would turn on for a second and turn stop. The electrical plug kept tripping the electrical system. The air conditioner was return and a new one was installed. It works well with little noise. There's a remote control for the system. The room is nice and cool.

What is for my son who has asthma the remote works great blows cold air. It’s been on nonstop since we bought. It works great very happy with my delivery and purchase.

This AC is compact, light weight and affordable...

This unit is very install and it really works. We had a heatwave and temperatures were above 104 degrees. My older home does not have central air. This is all that was needed in my bedroom to ensure it was cool and comfortable. It is very quiet as well, which is great in a bedroom.

Excellent cooling for my small room. Easy to install. Particularly like the remote control.

This unit is ideal for small/medium rooms. I would easily recommend for anyone with a medium room because it does it's job decently. I have a large room and it keeps my room cool, but not cold on a 65 degree setting in summer. I'd recommend only for medium and small rooms.

Decent overall, good output. Loud compared to my other window ac units. Had to increase the tv volume when ac is on. Wish you could direct air flow more.

It was easy to install. Works great so far. Cools my room very well and the remote is awesome when you don’t want to get up.
