I purchased for small bedroom and it did not get cool, at all. Not sure if it was defective (which is why I returned). I did not purchase same item because I was worried about the hassle of not working again and need for return of such large item. Installation was a breeze though.

We're sorry you don't feel the unit gets your room as cold as you would like. This model is designed to cool the recommended size space as low as 64 degrees F. If your unit is not able to cool your space to that temperature, you may want to consider reviewing your warranty details on Page 17 of the owner's manual. We do wish you all the best! Vikki@GEA
