Posted .We are pleased that you feel this is a good air conditioner. One needs to make sure that the air conditioner is sized correctly for the square footage of the area. We hope your dealer asked the right questions to make sure it was. If not then we apologize. This model of 600 BTU is correct for 150 - 250 sq. ft. area. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
