When I turned on it worked just like a fan even though it was making the noise like an ac it was not working at all. At the end had to return it and pay for shipping so I lost about $60 for ups pick up that Best Buy did not gave me.

Mind you the majority of the time is only for night use. Stop working in 3 weeks and customer service is not helpful either. Maybe I got a lemon but I would recommend to stay away!

Don't Buy!

It has a mind of its own and overrides the temperature I set each and every time. I am lucky to ever get it lower than 72 degrees. In addition, the styrofoam interior got very moldy, so I am going to have to throw it away.

The room was 81 degrees even at night with the lowest temperature and highest fan speed. Money and time wasted do not buy! I am returning it toda. I’m getting a different model to avoid another hot sleepless night.

This AC is more like a heavy, overly priced fan. It does not cool my room off at all whatsoever. Waste of money and extremely disappointed

Posted .Hello Aircin2020 - We hate to hear the air conditioner is not cooling properly. This unit is best sized for a 150-250 sq ft room and the filter should be cleaned at least once a month.
