    Lasted us EXACTLY ONE MONTH! Does not want to turn on anymore! Horrible don’t waste your time with this AC go for a better one even if it’s pricier!

    5 weeks and died - in home repair has been called. Warranty info in owners manual says 90 days return to retailer. Best Buy won’t take it back.

    Didn’t even lasted 2 weeks so it’s going back GE usually a good brand maybe I’m just frustrated cause I’m melting over here.

    I am using this air conditioner in my office which receives sun from early afternoon until sunset. It was easy to install and uses the standard included window installation hardware. What I liked about this A/C unit immediately was the front grill. I looks more modern than most. It is simple in appearance with just enough features to make it better than most economy window units. The included remote is also modern looking and provides power on/off, cooling mode, fan speed, delay, temp/time up and temp/time down. It includes a 24-hour timer for preset operation which will help save energy. One issue I had is that the manual does not describe exactly how to set this up, so you will have to fiddle with it to understand how it works. I really like how quiet this unit is compared to other units I have in my house. As I said I use it in my office and it does not interfere with my phone and conference calls. It cools my 12x12 room very quickly and the built in thermostat accurately maintains the room temperature. I am very impressed with how this unit looks and operates. I recommend this to anyone looking for a small window air conditioner.

    Stopped cooling after a year bought to unit july of 2021

    did not call the room like it was supposed to get shutting off and going to fan then it would turn back on this product was not good at all

    Bought this installed the whole thing. Didn’t cool anything off. Didn’t even blow cold air out. Never heard a compressor even kick on!

    Stopped working 3 weeks in and can’t return it because of Best Buy’s 2 week (15 days) appliance return policy

For the best cooling performance possible, make sure there is nothing obstructing the unit such as a curtain or piece of furniture, doors to the room are kept closed, and the unit is properly sized for the area.     It stopped blowing Cold air about 20 days after we bought it, which is or course, 5 days after the Best Buy return policy expires.

We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited.
