I bought this for my living room and it works well. It's great for a small to medium sized room. I took a star only because you cannot adjust the vents vertically, which if you have a couch in front of it and sit there head will be hit with cold air. Also, if it starts leaking water from the front of the AC, and it starts to sound like a broken washing machine, best to see if the plug under the AC was left in. I learned that the hard way...

I was able to pick up the AC really easily, and I had and even easier to install the unit. Great unit, keeps my room verh cool, and doesnt take up too much energy either.

Unit works very well and is quiet easy to install the remote is a nice bonus

Too small for my area but that was my fault! It blasts cold air though it’s just ultimately too loud for my liking!

Perfect size for my bedroom window, keep room nice and cold, if door is left open you can feel the coo breeze circulate to the living room. Would definitely Recommend

This is a nice small air conditioner. Kept our bedroom fairly cool throughout the summer. It’s nice having the eco option, so it doesn’t run constantly when it doesn’t need to be.

Good air conditioner. Cools room. Kinda wish the filter was easier to get back in but other than that very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Small but MIGHTY. We needed to add a second unit when our floor AC was struggling during the recent heat wave. We added this AC and it cooled like the bigger unit. Very happy with purchase. Got it on sale for 200. What a value!

I live in Chicago in a pretty old high rise so central air isn’t a thing. This little baby was easy to install and in no time, cooled off my bedroom that was pretty much the gateway to hell. I’m contemplating getting another one for my living room. If you need to cool off a small bedroom or room, get it. It’s worth it.

It was an amazing AC, small and space savjng, cools super fast, has a reminder for fimter cleaning so.it never gets nasty? energy saving too!!

I hoped for a quiet air conditioner, so I purchased this one to replace an old Maytag model. This GE is not as quiet as i hoped it would be. It is cooling the room which is upstairs.

It was how easy it all went together there is only 3 screws and ready to install. Everthing else is click it. The weight is managable and ita not to large for shorter arms.

The air conditioner immediately cooled the room and made it comfortable to be in, even with temperatures around 100 degrees outside. The remote control made it convenient to use. The timer added the ability to automatically turn it off when the bedroom was not in use.

It keeps my room mildly cool but only in one spot good luck keep An entire room cold lol better go for an 8000 btu or up if you want your room ice cold

GE Window Air Conditioner works well in a small guest room. The air conditioner is not too noisy and has multiple settings to fit your comfort level.

This AC kept a small room cool on the hot summer days, but it was noisy. This might help cool things down, wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom though. I had to return it. It was a cheaper option than most, but I have an older model (cheap end at that time too) that was quieter.

Easy to install bit noise works as expected no major issues with the unit. Reasonable price for the air conditioning

The box was broken all the way down one corner, I took pictures of it but don't use my phone online. It wasn't installed until 5 days after it arrived, but seemed to work okay except it's very loud which is aggravating. I would have returned it, but had no way to do so and it was already screwed into the window sill. It does cool off the area I wanted it for though. Do not like the fact I can only use the remote to use it, would have liked buttons on the unit also.

This AC unit works perfectly for the guest bedroom that it’s in! Makes the room cool with no effort. It tend to be just a bit noisy, but it’s not keeping anyone up at night.
