perfect for small room

Very user friendly and love having the remote control so we turn it on or off without getting out of bed!

Does a the job for a limited space

This one performs much better, of course, coming with a full load of coolant. It's also quieter. The vents are not adjustable for up/down, as the old one's were; not a problem the farther you are away from it. This wouldn't cool a large space, so pay attention to the square foot recommendation.

Great apartment ac

I didn't need more than 6,000 BTU to cool this area. This unit also comes with a nice small remote for easy use which enhances energy efficiency. I felt comfortable buying GE as they have been making quality air conditioners for a long time and this one did not disappoint me.
