I purchased this air conditioner for a small room on the second floor. I didn't need more than 6,000 BTU to cool this area. This unit also comes with a nice small remote for easy use which enhances energy efficiency. I felt comfortable buying GE as they have been making quality air conditioners for a long time and this one did not disappoint me.

Really cools a room Quiet Works awesome easy to install

For a 6000 btu ac it's been a perfect fit for my space. Pretty quiet when in use. Comes with an easy-to-use remote control. I gave it four stars because i use it in a larger space than recommended and it works well.

Small, lightweight, and working great. I has been hot and humid, and since this is a smaller unit, we have had it running basically all the time. So far it has been great.

Very please with the quality of this unit. It was easy to install: instructions were very clear. Works very well: cools down room quickly and the remote is very handy.

Purchased this for a 10x16 studio in my back yard and I works wonderful its not super loud so its able to stay on while recording and its light weight so its easy to move

This AC packs a punch.. It cools the my room in record time.. Its not loud so the noise doesn't disturb my sleep.. I love it and thinking about purchasing another one for my guest room..

I bought this air conditioner for my parents . they have a large room to cool and this ac cools it nicely. It was easy to install in the window.

It cools the room very quickly but it is very noisy at high fan speeds.

We got this for my son’s bedroom to replace a much older unit. What a difference! It was easy to install, quiet, and effective at cooling his bedroom. No complaints!

It's located in an uninsulated store room, 144 sq ft. During this hot spell, (100 degrees) it is holding the temperature at 80-85 degrees (with the unit set on 70) during the hottest part of the day. During the night the temp goes back down. I should have bought a bigger unit for this room. However, it will probably be fine when outside temps cool down some.

We have tried several air conditioning units in the past, this one is the best! It is not too noisy, puts out a great amount of cool air, and was cheap comparatively.

So far so good easy to setup, can go with upto 350-400 sqft room

This was purchased for my daughters apartment. It was light enough to carry up to the second floor and easy to install and operate. The thermostat feature is nice.

It works amazing worth the money, its Perfect for a two bedroom home.
