Cools ok. Lowest temp setting is 64 degrees. Somewhat on the loud side. Light enough for me to be able to install alone and I am over 60.

This is exactly what we needed as it was super easy to put together and keeps the room very cool

Product is what we expected, but does not fit a typical vinyl window tightly, so will have to tape over small gaps. This is not a quiet unit. Online, Best Buys' info lacks critical info, such as maximum width of window.

I bought this and it was supposed to be brand new i paid for the new price.. It was opened on the bottom and missing the top bar that holds it into the window.. so had to get that replaced but bestbuy took care of me and i had a free replacement part sent out within the week. Its been working pretty good without issues. Make sure you pull the black rubber drain plug out from the bottom tho prior to installing! Lol Also i recommend checking your box before leaving bestbuy to ensure nothing is missing.

Have cold air good for a small room I would recommend it for anyone

It does exactly what’s it’s supposed to do! Cool off the room. The air even extends to the hallway if the door is left open.

My daughter is very happy to have an air conditioner in her apartment. She would have never survived the heat without it.

Easy to install and so far so good. I used putty and/or extra installation to fill in any gaps to outside so bugs don't get in. Other window AC units I have had also had some gaps as well so not unique to the GE AC window unit.

Price was perfect for what I expected AC runs And gets cold very quickly for the space. If you’re looking to cool a room quickly this is a good unit

Works great in my 2nd floor medium size bedroom ... keeps the humidity out and the hot temperatures at bay ... and is helping keep the rest of the house cool especially the 2nd floor where there is been no AC in years ... never was an AC person but I needed something to help with heat now that I am getting older so that I could sleep ... overslept 3 days in a row :(

We purchased this since most reviews said “its quiet” It has a medium noise level.. and keeps a small bedroom or office cool.Bit more expensive than others we looked at.. not sure about the choice.

Cools the small room nicely. It also has an eco setting. My granddaughter keeps it 77 and her room it still comfortable.

I purchased this AC when it went on sale. The AC is able to cool the bedroom and I am able to keep it running for a long time without problems. The only problem I had was that the cage had a piece broken but It did not bother me enough to return.

Very easy to put together and install. Kept me cool during the heatwave.

I love it. It really cools down a my apartment on hot days. On the first few days though it didn't seem to work as well. Even though it was on for hours it was still pretty hot.
