Nice AC Unit

I used putty and/or extra installation to fill in any gaps to outside so bugs don't get in. Other window AC units I have had also had some gaps as well so not unique to the GE AC window unit.

Bedroom Air Conditioner

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great in my 2nd floor medium size bedroom ... keeps the humidity out and the hot temperatures at bay ... and is helping keep the rest of the house cool especially the 2nd floor where there is been no AC in years ... never was an AC person but I needed something to help with heat now that I am getting older so that I could sleep ... overslept 3 days in a row :(

On the first few days though it didn't seem to work as well. Even though it was on for hours it was still pretty hot.

Works Great for the price

The AC is able to cool the bedroom and I am able to keep it running for a long time without problems. The only problem I had was that the cage had a piece broken but It did not bother me enough to return.

GOOD Air Conditioner

It was a good size and just what we were looking for. The amount of fresh air coming out is good. The sound is not too loud. We have had it for 3 months so far.
