It's great for a small room and it's not too loud. Would buy for another room if there's a sale.

I will start this by saying I have never owned a window unit before, and probably havent been in a room with one for any extended period of time for years...but this is so quiet! I am almost a little bummed bc I was hoping for that AC "white noise" hum you get from old window units. But it's quiet and efficient. I use it in my bedroom as I live in the panhandle of Florida and it's blazing hot down here.

Installed this AC in a large room about 350 square feet and this unit has no problem keeping the room cool. Have it set on the eco setting with the fan on auto and it cuts off when temp is reached with a fluctuation of about 3 to 5 degrees which isn't bad at all. Have had this AC installed and running for almost two months without any issues, would recommend.

I like the overall design. It cools off the whole room and does it fast. I bought a second one for my dad.

This item cools small rooms with ease. The eco settings are a little wonky and they do not kick on and off to match the temp you set to air conditioner at.

Very hard to install in vinyl window to not damage the window. Had to buy a bracket and build up the 'sill' above the bottom vinyl tracks in window. Once installed, works great to cool a 350 Sq Ft attic room.

I have a central a/c, but I needed something for the upstairs room that doesn’t receive as much cool air as the downstairs. This has been the boost needed, it helps cool off the upstairs space without having to freeze everyone out downstairs. Pretty quiet, easy to use. Installation on my type of window was a little tricky, but I managed to get it done.

This is small and fits perfectly in the window. It seems to work well...I've only used it for about a week.

It blew cold air but that’s about it. It was a little loud and the fan directions were limited. Thank god Best Buy has a easy return policy..

Digital thermostat, looks clean enough, and cooled great all summer. Fan on low was much quieter than the last two I owned. I thought it was the perfect basic 5kbtu windowshaker
