It blew cold air but that’s about it. It was a little loud and the fan directions were limited. Thank god Best Buy has a easy return policy..

Love this little but efficient air conditioner. We have it in our bedroom and will be buying another one for the living room. The remote is worth having it too. Don’t have to get up to make adjustments to it

This held my family down during a hot summer. There was a period of time when our main AC unit went out and the fans alone weren't cutting it. We got this baby and put it in the kitchen with a few fans to blow into the livingroom and down the hall. Made life so much more comfortable. Puts out a lot of cold air for such a small unit.

This item cools small rooms with ease. The eco settings are a little wonky and they do not kick on and off to match the temp you set to air conditioner at.

Works very well for a zoom room. Use this first small bedroom that stayed hot to keep it called off work very well for that not for anything big

I am loving my new GE AC unit. It fit perfect on the window and I am saving money using the ECO feature. It cools the room at a perfect temperature. The filter is easy to take out and clean!

Awesome! Worth it especially with this past hot summer we had. Has various different features. Even an eco mode to help save energy! Cools down the room quickly! Definitely recommend.

Can you say coldI’m not a summer person, I love being in the cold at all times. Worth every penny, buy it, you won’t regret it. I have it on low cool and it’s freezing cold in here,I can only imagine when July and August heat gets in and I’ll crank it up to high cool settings WWWOOOWWWW... it’s going to be Alaska up in here. Like I said LOVE IT

decent cooling strength and not too loud, but when use eco mode, temp will fluctuate by a couple of degrees in either direction which can get too hot.

Great small AC. Installed in small office and does a great job in keeping everything cool. The Auto feature that controls temp as you indicated to do works very well. Ac shuts down when reaches the proper temperature. Very satisfied with operation.

We purchased another brand of A/C from Best Buy 2 years ago and the compressor went. I had purchased a 4 yr warranty. Called Geek Squad, told that I could bring directly to customer service and they will exchange for equal or lesser value. Well they did not have anything of equal/lesser value and they had changed to GE Air conditioners. I had to purchase a new A/C at$50 more, and the extended warranty, prior was $39.99 for 4 years (47.00 now) or for 2 years $23.99 which i had to purchase and got not rebate for the remaining 2 years on warranty. Put a/c in window, seemed to be working OK...during day when not in bedroom all the time, When it came to sleeping, another story. It is very noisy. The compressor when it kick sounds like a large truck rolling down the road outside. There is also a high pitch noise from time to time. As for keeping the room cool. It does not keep the temp that you set it to. The room felt a little warm before going to bed and turned it down to 66 to cool the room quickly, thermostat on wall said 72 (and new unit had been on for 4 hours) the temp on the A/C unit went back to 69. The broken compressor A/C that i returned kept the room at a constant 70 degrees. The new unit will not cool the room. You can hear the water dripping also. Not just outside, but as the condensation hits the fan it sprays it back at the louvers and fills the bottom of them and then leaks into your home. GE states in the manual if you wish to get rid of most of the water noise to remove the plug. GE in the manual also states do not remove the plug for better performance???????? For a GE product this is a inferior product. I have 2 other GE's which are fantastic, this is junk. Will be taking back to Best Buy to get monies back for this and for the original A/C purchase.

This little A/C does a good job of cooling a smaller room and it is loud with the fan on high. Not bad for an inexpensive unit.

Don't let the small size fool you - this thing puts out a ton of cold air - but even better it drops the humidity in only an hour or so.... Would buy again. The service was great also - pad online and the item was brought out within 5 minutes of us getting to the store. One of the best experiences of online shopping we have had......
