What I like best about them is that they are fairly quiet and light weight. They’re also much lighter than other brands that are 6000btu’s. I enjoy the GE brand of products the best and do recommend this unit. I plan to buy at least 1-2 more for my home.

I couldn’t get it fixed immediately so I purchased a window unit for the bedroom. It worked great! I only used it 3 days but feel better keeping it around for future mishaps. I even offered it to my neighbors if they’re ever in need of it temporarily.
