GE AC performance is o.k.

It doesn't get my bedroom cooled down much, & it is a bit loud. However, I feel the humidity has been extreme. So this may have a factor in it performance. Thank You.

Not sure what it is, I have to turn it off, let it sit for a few hours, and restart it. I need to return it, if possible.

Plus, BB delivered and installed the unit in our 2nd story window after I joined their BB Club for a nominal fee (less than pricier stores’ delivery charge) which sealed the deal. In addition, the Club includes free service plus deals and free Geek Squad installation on any new appliances or electronics I may purchase for the next year.
