unit is very quite, temp display does not go lower than 64 for a/c

It serves its purpose. I had no issues with it. It kept my living room, dining room and kitchen cool.

Best Buy had this unit at the right price-replacing a 20 year old AC that cost the same back in 2003! Plus, BB delivered and installed the unit in our 2nd story window after I joined their BB Club for a nominal fee (less than pricier stores’ delivery charge) which sealed the deal. In addition, the Club includes free service plus deals and free Geek Squad installation on any new appliances or electronics I may purchase for the next year.

Perfect to cool my daughter’s small room. Not very noisy, been having it for two summers now and no issues.

Reasonable price, quick delivery, completely satisfied will purchase from Best Buy again.

This window A/C unit served its purpose. We recently moved into this apt and we dont have any A/C.

This unit works well! Fully cooled our son's room so that he was not so grumpy in the unbearable Wisconsin humidity (Dog Days of August in June and July).

Good for a small room. Little noisy and not 100% how accurate the thermostat is, but has worked great so far.

Very convenient with the wifi controller app. Sleek looking and very easy to install. Great buy!

The air conditioner is fantastic. It does not make a loud noise and keeps the entire room cool.

Even though this a/c is only a 6000 but it cools down are bedroom very quickly and keeps it feeling good a night.

Arrived within a day of ordering.bhas been working overtime since installed and hasnt quit!

Good workhorse, puts out capacity for the 6000 BTU. A little noisy but nothing dramatic. We have had temps above 80 for about 3 weeks, unusual for Massachusetts eastern coastline and this has kept up with all of it.

Air conditioner worked great for the first summer of 2023. No longer blows cold air (or any air). Makes weird noise and turns off. It was always loud but at least it used to cool the room. I have tried cleaning the air filter and nothing. The one i had before this one lasted me atleast 3 years. So disappointed.

Amazong unit thought inwas going to need a second unit but this did the job. Verybeasy to instal.

Worked really well in a studio apartment, on one of the hottest days of the year. The remote was also nice. Would recommend a larger model for larger spaces, but this worked well in a 400 square foot single room.

I needed an AC to fit a smaller window but keep a large room cool and this fit the bill. It’s been pretty great so far but the filter light keeps turning on when the filter is empty so not sure what’s going on there.

The air condition is still going strong & blowing so good even in these hot hot temperatures
