I replaced a 5000 BTU Hauier that worked awesomely for five years. I thought by getting a GE that it would get the job done but that isn't the case. It was easy to install, it's quiet, and I like that it has a remote.

First off there is no up/down adjustments for the air flow so therefore you’re stuck with it blowing in one set direction. Secondarily this AC leaks quite a lot. I’ve adjusted it multiple times and it is slightly better but still very annoying.
