Installation a breeze and worked great all summer! Removal was easier than installation. Highly recommended! Just make sure you purchase the correct btu’s for the size of your room.

Terrible. I want to return this item but my husband threw away the box. Now stuck with a very noisy AC and doesn’t cool a small bedroom. Spend a little extra on a better quality AC!!

This air conditioner does an excellent job! Very efficient and keeps a large 25 x 15 room cool. The programability is great because it doesn’t run all the time, just when you want it to.

It's good for the price. I bought it on a Deal of the Day and got it for a good price but would not pay full price for it. It works as okay for a small room but I doubt it's ability to cool a 250 sq. ft. room, especially during the day.

I get from Best Buy store location at Secucus New Jersey , very nice A/C , good service and very fast , they drop off at my car , A/C is strong cooler my living room area, make it so nice

The ac seems to be of good quality, but during the delivery process it got broken, and became useless, if you do buy it better pick it up

Air conditioner worked great for the first summer of 2023. No longer blows cold air (or any air). Makes weird noise and turns off. It was always loud but at least it used to cool the room. I have tried cleaning the air filter and nothing. The one i had before this one lasted me atleast 3 years. So disappointed.

Best AC I’ve ever own so far. You can’t go wrong make your room cold less then 10 min

I deeply regret deciding to buy this air conditioner. As a 48 yr old lady living alone, I had to pay a handyman to install it in my bedroom window. It was drilled and screwed in according to the instructions. Turned it on as soon as it was in place and left it running all night while I slept. Ran fine with no problems. Turned it off in the morning when I went to work. Turned it back on in the evening to start cooling my bedroom and it was rattling like crazy!! I looked inside through the various vents and louvres and the whole interior appears to be made of pieces of styrofoam that do not fit together well. The rattling seems to be caused by the air blowing through the gaps between the styrofoam and the styrofoam pieces shifting around. Way too loud for me to be able to sleep through. And I can't simply return it because of all the holes/screws that are now in my window. Plus the price that I paid to have it installed is wasted and would have to pay again to have this one removed and another installed. I complained to GE and have received NO response. Save yourself a lot of headaches and buy either a higher quality window a/c or a portable a/c (which, in hindsight, is what I wish I would have done).

Summer came early, and my room gets hot fast. This has helped keep things cool
