Works great but loud

The only complaint its kinda loud. They use styrofoam to isolate the front from the back. The fan is really loud if the speed is higher than low

These window units are powerful in their cooling ability and are perfect for the purpose they were bought for They are for extended power outages like hurricanes, and thunder storms when only generator power is available to keep my family comfortable and healthy. I consider this purchase one of the best I have ever made as the product, the value and the price are in such perfect harmony with my need.

A/C unit is very efficient and quiet.

Inefficient and noisy.

It's running in an 15x12 bedroom for an hour with slight cooling effect! I will return and buy a bigger BTU AC.
