Our home AC went out during the hottest days this year and we were desperate. It took a while to cool everything in our bedroom off because it was so hot, but once it did, everything was comfortable and cool. We’ve since had our home AC fixed, but we still use our window AC. It works better than those larger floor model AC units. Great buy!

But now isn’t working as efficiently as it was the first week. It does not get cold. My filter is clean and it’s set at 64 degrees and I am still sweating in my sleep with it on.
