    Worked good until one day it just didn’t turn on. I bought the warranty from them and they never asked me any questions just saw that it didn’t work and gave me a new one.

    When it comes to Generak Electric, i took this ac unit, my big problem was that my apartment window does not have enough room for the back part of the unit. I returned and bought a portable ac General electric, and i dont regret about, easy tonuse and assemble.

    I would give it 5stars, because its a great window AC. The width is not true to size. It says 21-36 inches. My window is 36inches, and the wings, flaps do not fit. I had to tape it to my window to cover any holes.
