    It hasnt been delivered or installed yet but the amount of research i did before i bought, im positive i have made a wise decision on the product to replace my 1973 original to the housie.

    This cooktop is poorly designed and the only large burner in is the center of the back row of burners. I would not have rated this so low over only the design. The controls are marked so lightly that I honestly cannot read them without turning on an extra light. Also the surface sees to be very prone to be scratched and stained. This is the third glass cooktop that I have had and all three of the others have been vastly superior to this on.

    the stovetop is great takes a bit of learning how to use. Not sure about the color black, but will get use to it.

    Very happy with this GE Cooktop. Best Buy delivered as scheduled. The packaging could have been better but fortunately the unit was not damaged. This unit looks nice and the power boil burner is exceptional. This unit replaced a 14 year old GE profile that had the main circuit board burn out. Overall I'm quite satisfied but time will tell on how this unit holds up.

    The stove top cracked. No cause, just out of the blue. We heard a popping noise in the kitchen from the other room. It was not until later that we realized it was from the stove.

    Have had this cooktop from Best Buy for several years and am happy with it. I need to replace the range hood above and need to know what is the range of CFM I should look for? I plan to mount the vent fan 30 inches above the range, as we are tall. Thanks.
