I bought this as an update as the last owners had a white spacemaker and I wanted to modernize the look of the kitchen. But sadly this was just a bit taller than the original so wouldnt fit :(

This is our second Microwave. First one lasted 9 years. We love it

This was a replacement for the same model I bought on Amazon. What a mistake that was! However, the sales, service and product quality from my Best Buy purchase was great!

Microwave makes great popcorn and reheats foods well. I am not a gourmet so my needs are basic. The last one I had, the paint was chipping off inside after 20 years so I replaced it.

Too bad that it just a fraction larger than the spacemaker II that it replaced . I now have to hire a cabinet maker to make my trim fit.

Not happy and disappointed I purchased this as an open box supposedly excellent condition. Safe issue door jammed first time in used with my food and plate. So I returned directly to store. They used a screwdriver to open it to get my plate. I tried a second time BEST BUY SENT ME THE SAME EXACT MICROWAVE SADLY. After the promised me a $25.00 gift card never got it! I returned the microwave and wrote on box some no so smart CUSTOMER SERVICER wouldn’t try to place back in stock to sell for third time.I am going to purchase my appliances from now on from Pacific Sales they are better at customer service. Prideful

We purchased this microwave to replace a GE Monogram of the same size. Unfortunately, we discarded the packaging when we received it. Otherwise, we would have returned the microwave. It does not have a backlit keyboard display, and the keyboard is very hard to see in ordinary lighting. One almost needs a flashlight to view the keyboard.

Perfect size and power level. Item was shipped on schedule and arrived in perfect condition.

It works well, but not the same dimensions at the old microwave it replaced. Can't use for built in to cabinets.

Disappointed in the latest version of this microwave. This is the 3rd one I've owned over the last several years. This one seems cheaply built. There is no padding that stops the door from making a really loud noise each time you shut it, and it's not from slamming it. They could have added some padding or designed the latch better. The release for the door is also harder to open than it should be. You have to push it pretty hard. Also the button design is not optimized. Please make the start button the larger and most obvious since you use that one more than any other. Finally, even though I bought this nearly 6 months ago, the 27” Built-in Trim Kit JX827SFSS is still not available! The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) keeps pushing out with no updates on when it will really be available. Since this is the only small microwave that fits the dimensions we need we feel stuck with GE. The first two had pain peel off inside (not good for food) and the faulty electric panels. Wish we had another choice.

We replaced the older version (15 yrs older) of this GE Profile. Even though they changed the size slightly it still just fit in our space. The 800 watts in the new technology works just fine for our needs.

One of the few, if not, only built in microwave that will fit 12” deep upper kitchen cabinets. Fits perfectly inside 30” width and goes great with the trim kit that you can purchase separately.

Very good an efficient item!, stylish, works very good

I had an old model of this microwave seven years old and one day to stop working. Took a look at this online on Best Buy and I did not want to spend as much money but it was worth it. The new model works very quiet and does everything in a microwave shed very happy with it.
