Replaced an earlier generation of this unit that bought it after 12 loyal years. Great rig, but not as powerful as the old one.

I have one complaint with this product. You can't microwave for less than 15 minutes. You can press "Add 30 sec" to do less, but that's not as convenient. The convection is great.

So far, it’s been a nice microwave. My only ding is that it is a little less powerful than our last one. This has 900 watts and our previous one had 1100. So things take a bit longer to heat.

Works great, Jim Lofreddo did a superb job of patiently explaining its features and what to expect in the installation. Super happy.

So far, so good. It's heats up better than our old microwave, which was losing its power little by little. We haven't used the convection feature yet, but we are looking forward to it.

This unit has a convenient convection oven as well as a microwave, giving you the option of a second oven for baking small items. The controls are easy to use and the touch button action is positive and realiable.

Replaced our GE Profile series very similar to this one. Very nice to have it brand new! Works great, cooks evenly...only complaint is I find the buttons a little "insensitive" and I have to try a few times to get the buttons to take action. Fits perfectly and love the convection option. My husband installed with my son pretty quickly. Using inside venting and all is well!

Quality built and easy to use. My family and I use it all the time for multiple tasks.

Looks smart, matches well with GE range, easy to clean, and works well as a microwave. For some reason, it is not quite up to par as a convection oven compared with our old over-the-range microwave, but maybe we were just spoiled or lucky last time round. The new one is also effective according to my male palate, though the lady of the house is not fully satisfied with the convection option.

Awesome product! Does everything. Does need an information booklet with it though, that would completely help with figuring out all the amazing features!

You will love this convection/microwave! Easy learning curve to operate, cooks food perfectly, and keeps the kitchen cool while doing so. Quick preheat and cool down. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Had a older GE microwave and it was still working love the new GE microwave,has lots bells and whistles and does a lot than the old one and we love it too

Love all the features and the charcoal filter,convection is very handy for small things.Stainless steel looks great amd easy to clean

We replaced a similar microwave. This one is much quieter. it also looks nicer. So far, we have had no issues

Self explanatory and easy to use. Looks great with all my other stainless appliances. Price was right, too.

I was going to order a different microwave but i was restricted because of the location, had to order another GE profile microwave. I like the face of the microwave, the enamel interior looks cleaner and it looks like an oven.

The microwave itself performs well for heating and it has plenty of space. The issue we have is the fan on the bottom, since this is an above range microwave, you would think that the fan would pull more of the steam from the matching range but it does not. A good percentage of the smoke :( and steam from what is cooking on the range steams up the glass of the mircowave and/or circulates throughout the house. The convection oven option is a nice function and the look is what we went for as there were not many options in the true matte finish. It is one of the only sets we found that truly don't show finger prints or smudges on the finish; the handles and screen and glass are a different story though and regularly wiping down is necessary even with light use.

Purchased this same micro wave convection oven 14 years ago. The old one still worked fine, but we thought it was time for a new one. Works great!

The convection oven is great when you have to heat small items. Microwave is easy to program and use. The only issue is the display. It's too bright and cannot be dimmed.

Looks good and does what it’s supposed to do. Pair it with a GE Profile range and take advantage of the Chef Connect features. The only things I think could use improvement are the door could use some damping—it is very loud when closing (at least add some rubber bumpers or something—and the display brightness should be dimmable (very bright).
