The Nest is easy to install and works well. I would purchase it again.

The Nest is a fantastic thermostat. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and is incredible user-friendly from both installation to daily use. You can also sync your Alexa up to it if you want to change the thermostat temperature. Great product!

It was easy to install and setup. Seems to work well. Not too sure exactly how it works and how much it is going to save. Will wait for the winter to see how it controls the temp when it is cold. Probably would have purchased it without a $75 from DTE.

Easy to install on wall. Easy to setup. Easy to link online. So far so good with everything. I have two in my home. One for the AC/Heat and other for zoned heat. Love the ease of adjusting the thermostat. Both on the nest itself and the phone app.

It works and it works well. It is so easy to change time settings, heating and cooling, and controls well with the app. I'd easily recommend this and make sure to look into rebates from your power company.

Difficult to install,took hours,simple wiring on tutorial does not apply to all thermostat wires that vary,had to get technical help,which still took hours,finally got it too work,it looks great,it’s user friendly once it’s all wired up,you can be sneaky and raise and lower temperature and others don’t realize,got a great price once it went on sale.

I purchased two of these when my local electric company was offering a rebate. Great product, love that It automatically adjust the temps when I'm away. Also like the fact that I can adjust the heat or air at night from my room. No problems with connectivity.

Love this thermostat. Best ability is to be able to turn it on or off when out of the house or in another room. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new one. Very easy to use for non-tech savvy people!

Using the website's guided installation makes the process go smoothly. There are visuals for wire selection, connection, and setup. Once powered, programming is very easy through the app, and the dial control method is easy to understand and use!

This is my 2nd nest thermostat and it works just as well. Easy to install, I followed the instructions included. Love it, works with the app on your phone and learns your habits. I've had the 1st one for over a year now.

Installed this on my AC/Heating unit...was very easy to follow the instructions. I had no problems making it work.

I had them when they first came out. As soon as I moved into my new home, I knew I had to get them again. Loving the third generation. They work great. So easy to install. Usually takes longer to repair the wall from removing the prior thermostats.

I bought and installed two Nest Thermostats myself and highly recommend this product. Some parts of the setup were a little confusing but ultimately I was able to do the installation without too much trouble. Aesthetics: the industrial design on the thermostat is lovely. I really like the way that it automatically lights up and shows the current temperature and setting when it detects motion. The scheduling UI is very intuitive. Nice to have apps on the iPhone and iPad. I’m ambivalent about the “learning” feature - do I want tight control over the temperature schedule vs. having the thermostat figure that out over time? Not sure yet. The big win here is being able to monitor and control temperature remotely & start heating up the house when on the way home, to have it at a comfortable temperature on arrival.

Nest really made smart thermostats popular. Their design is simple, elegant, innovative, and cool. Easy to use, and can be controlled through phone apps or by voice (Google Home's Voice Assitant).

This is my second Nest Thermostat and I only upgraded to the 3rd generation as I had a new air conditioner installed which was not compatible with the 1st generation Nest I purchased in 2013. I find it very easy and fun to use.

This is an amazing product, period! We installed two, and they work great. I do think there is a small learning curve, but after a couple of weeks it is second nature. Being able to see what is going on at the house when away, ...is simply fantastic. Good Job NEST!
