I spend more time trying to trouble shoot this device than to actually use it. My temperature would some time set it self to random number or the aux heat come on more than the actual heat. regardless what temp i set it too.

Never buy this product. Check out the google help community on this thermostat, Review after review on problems with the Thermostat creating Eco- schedules without asking, Temperatures soaring even while Location settings are set to on and you are at home. Post after post with no answers. My personal experience? The thermostat was set to 70 and would -CONSTANTLY- let temps creep into the 80s until someone goes to check the thermostat to see why we are boiling inside our home only for the device to click on the cooling as soon as it detects someone in front of it, like it is trying to pretend it isn't turning off our AC. Terrible product.

Beautiful display and good interface. I wish the "swing" was adjustable instead of being fixed at 2 degrees. Most programmable thermostats you can set the swing from 3 degrees down to 0.3 or 0.2 (tight). But it works very well and the remote access is simple and great.

I had to replace an old barely working thermostat. I did tons of research of which smart home thermostat to buy. Im really glad I went with the Nest!

Change the thermostat temperature from anywhere. Not at home no worries you can manage this device from your mobile phone.

This is my first smart thermostat, and it is amazing. It keeps my home on an even temperature, knows when we are not around and provides energy reports.

No need to get up to change the temperature! The more you use the product, the better the nest thermostat knows your desired temperature.

I've become a big fan of our Nest Thermostat. It has already begun saving us money. I also like that I was able to link it with our security system.

We purchased two of the 3rd Generation - Brass. We are enjoying the nice, unobstructed design in addition to the operations/features.

This has to be the best investment ever. I have already saved energy in the first 2 weeks of use. It looks very sophisticated as well.

It was quite frustrating dealing with your staff I went to 2, no 3 different best buys and finally someone kind of got it right. Not too happy with Best Buy. I am about to request the Geek Squad to come out to my home to repair something, let's see how that goes.

The Nest thermostat is awesome. It's so easy to control from the app. It automatically adjusts when you are away and recognizes when you come home.

Good, but a bit too complicated. Should have to add on features not have to take them off...
