Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Nest, but it is inconvenient when it becomes disconnected from my Wi-fi and I cannot control it remotely when I am away on a trip. This happened about 3 times over the course of a year and I'm not sure why.
