Love it

Love the home/away assist feature. It took about a week to get our preferences set but now I don't give it a second thought. We added 2 temperature sensors for our 3 level home, game changer!! The app is great, too! I'm now a huge Nest fan!!

Google Nest thermostat.

I have had a service person here twice to correctly set the device and it is still not right. I have one of the same brand in another home that can be set to my needs.I do not want the device overriding what I set it to. No one seems to know how to do that from the Geek Squad.

Not compatible

The Nest website and customer service projected that my current thermostat was compatible based on the photo I submitted to and requested by Nest. Bought the Nest; installed it; NOT compatible. The Nest customer service rep could only suggest that I pay a tech to fix my compatibility issue. Not likely after already investing $250 on a new Nest. Very helpful that Best Buy was gracious about the return. For this reason, I will buy an Apple iPad from Best Buy.
