The first time it was below zero temperatures, it failed (on December 23rd...of course!), costing us over $500 to have someone come out to tell us we need a new thermostat. It was only in use since early October!

The battery is unstable even with the c wire connected, which causes errors with the display and wifi. The network adapter is also very sensitive. I lost the ability to connect to any wifi within 4 months of use. The Google support has support hours from 3am to 2pm and is incompetent.
