Upgraded from my Gen 2 Nest to this Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) with Nest Temperature Sensor and the install was pretty straightforward. It integrates with Google Home and learns your schedule to help improve comfort and energy efficiency. I’m hoping the updated tech will deliver better energy savings over time, and so far it feels like a solid upgrade.

Works extremely well. Easy to install and the kit is very complete. No issues so far and also it is easy to use.

Third home that I've installed NEST thermostats in. I find them very easy to install and the ability to remotely control them is phenominal. I like the sleek new appearance of the new 4th gen ones, too.

This device works great, even without having a c wire. It also works well with dual fuel systems, such as heat pumps with emergency heat function. The set up and installmwere simple. I replaced decades old thermostats to these with wifi capability. Overall satisfied with products

I recently purchased this because the 3rd generation nest was getting long in the tooth. The design is extremely elegent and the operation is very nice. This is a very worthy upgrade to an already great product. Im glad Google offers a Gold version as it goes extremely well with beige/tan/sandy wall colors. I highly recomend this product.

Easy to install. No issues Nest devices generally look and feel premium. Good materials, attractive industrial design, clean UI. Thermostats especially get praise for being sleek and becoming a “nice looking part of the room.”

Works as expected and installation was easy. Its great that I do not have to think about turning on/off the A/C or heat. Being able to adjust the temp from my phone is also great. Just be sure to take a picture of the prior thermostat wires if you are planning to install yourself just in case you want to switch back.

Works great, love the integration with google home and the 2nd temperature sensor has made a big difference in keeping the whole house feeling cool, not just next to the thermostat.

I did the installtion by myself. The installtion manual makes the installtion easy. I love this thermostat.

The installation was much easier than expected. It worked right off the bat. After I put in a simple schedule, it followed the settings. Now it adjusts to outside temperature and whether we are home. It includes another sensor for another section of the house.

Great thermostat. It quickly learns how to maintain the temperature. It looks nice and modern when installed. It connects to the Google Home app. I recommend it.

Upgraded from the Nest Gen 3 Learning Thermostat that I bought when it released like 9 years ago. It was great and I never had any issues with it. When I saw this one was being released it was a no brainer for me to upgrade day 1. So far I love it. The thermostat looks great, much better screen. Works with the Google Home app which so far has been flawless. I also love that it came with a Nest Sensor to place somewhere in your home to help even out the temperatures. If you’re buying your first smart thermostat or upgrading from an older one, don’t hesitate.
