Works seamlessly with chrome cast. If you’ve already decided to go with Google for your smart home over Apple and Amazon, then this is the product for you. Only downside is the battery life

Tried to give it a chance, installed yesterday and was replacing an old ring pro. Video quality on the nest is amazing but downfalls include not picking up any motion and the app. Unless there is someone immediately at your door, it won’t pick up cars, animals or any other movement. Even if I’m pulling into my driveway or leaving, even with the zones set and notifications turned on, the camera won’t pick up any motion in the history and won’t notify. Also the doorbell sets up in the google home app and not the nest app, where I have other camera’s, thermostat and protects, so that’s definitely a bust . Will be returning today and ordering the new ring pro 2.

I had to buy a new one because the tab that holds it in would not release so i was no longer able to mount it.

I have to charge it once every other week, and now once a week. Then I went back to read it should last 2.5month. I only have it for few months, asked google for refund, they refused, they only can do replacement, will not trust google provlem anymore.
