This is an ideal choice if you want an affordable way to experience ambient lighting. Phillips is a bit more accurate, but this is just a tad behind. The only issue i noticed is black/dark spots, this interprates it with white light. Other than that the colors are accurate and easy to install.

Ordered the version 2 but received rhe version 1, so i retirned it. Bur i bave been unable to purchase the right kit since. So just make sure you get the right one. 3 stars for now. Will give complete review when they stock and can send me the right one.

Yeah again Govee Crushes the unbelievably overrated and overpriced other brand…. We all know who. But just be careful but dont freak out like the other guys

Does what it supposed to do. Unfortunately you have use it with a 3rd party equipment. I wanted it work straight to my tv. But it dont. I returned it. Great product.

YOU CAN EITHER HAVE DOLBY VISION OR 4k/120hz working on ur Sony TV using this sync box. I have a sony A95L master series TV and its such a headache to keep switxhing when i need VRR 4k/120hz for gaming and dolby vision for my apple tv content . Terrible .

Wish the color changing was smoother and i wish i didnt have to use the app to change the type of effect i want. I still like the lights tho.

Set was fairly easy. Love the customization you can do with the lighting. The app could use some simplifying.

I have it installed in a 75” samsung tv and it works perfectly! I didn’t payed attention to the dimensions and length but it still works and its a good quality product 10/10

Works flawless. Probably the best backlight I’ve ever used. A few software updates will help make it smoother but besides that it’s amazing. Nothing the software can’t fix. It also gives your tv 4 more hdmi ports which is cool.

If you connect this to a ps5 or console, Don't count on it working. In the middle of matches, this device causes my TV to randomly turn off about every 3-4 minutes or so. I contacted Govee support about it and they offered a suggestion. I followed that suggestion, and it still happened. I then contacted their support again and was told to contact best buy for support. So now I'm out $260 for something that doesn't even work and now is outside the return window! Save yourself the money and do not buy this setup!

I’m extremely disappointed with how this product is listed on Best Buy’s website. I ordered this Govee AI Sync Box, but the specifications shown clearly belong to their newer Ai Sync Box 2. That’s a major difference in features and performance. This isn’t Govee’s fault — the issue is entirely on Best Buy for posting inaccurate product details. Now I’m stuck with a lower-tier older product that doesn’t match what was advertised. Please fix the listing so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Light strips do not stick to the TV despite following the instructions.

Best Buy, you are claiming (as well as a Govee Representative in the questions) that this is the Sync Box 2 and yet reviewers calimed they received the old version. Your product title conflicts with listed specs. Don't feel comfortable ordering this product with inaccurate product info. Will have to buy from Amazon or Govee direct. Fix your listing.
