Great phone for someone new to smart phones.

The phone is easy to use and has many of the features that the expensive phones have, some of which surprised me. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone.

Phone is promising, still a challenge at this time

The write-ups on this phone were favorable for simplicity,so that is why we purchased the Jitterbug. After one weeks use, we are still facing some challenges with our phone. We hope that with increased use, we can take full advantage of the many features the Jitterbug offers. We do not expect to be able to do all that younger folks do with the phone, but do aspire to be more accessible when away from a landline phone, and also have emergency access when needed. We hope to achieve this with use, practice, and reference to the useful aids you make available.

Good for Seniors
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a senior and although the Jitterbug is made for seniors, I needed the assistance of my son in getting it set up. In order to set up Voice Mail, we had to call Greatcall and was given a telephone number to call. Once we got that telephone number, we were able to set up Voice Mail. Now I have to contact my internet carrier in order to set up email on the phone. I do enjoy the large print and it has many good features. While it is good for seniors, make sure you have someone who can assist you in setting it up if necessary.

Easy phone to use

Jitter Bug Smart Phone

heck of a smart phone for oldsters

If we could only get Nanny to put her glasses on and read the book for the how to information. It is frustrating, but that's how it goes. Hopefully, we will succeed in getting her connected to the Grands and Great Grands!
