    I bought this phone for my mom. She learned to use a flip phone when my dad passed away 9 years ago. I thought this large display phone would be a great replacement. But I ended up getting the Flip instead. I think the screens change too easily on the Smart phone display which I think would confuse an older person. also the virtual keyboard might be hard to use especially with the toggling back and forth between letters and numbers. I think the real keyboard on the Flip phone is easier to use.

    bought this for my husband after numerous complaints with 2 different phones...one didn't have a qwerty keyboard for texting and the next one kept dropping calls. This one has been great so far!

    Mom hated the IPhone-too hard to use. Didn’t like her “dumb” phone with qwerty keyboard-letters too small. LOVES HER JITTERBUG!! YEAH! After 4 months she’s still happy and using it
