The guys did a great job and made sure the new tv was installed perfectly.

The Agent was very friendly and knowledgeable about installing our TV. He was very patient with all my questions and showed me the things about this TV that I didn’t know. I highly recommend.

The agents were very careful in mounting my new tv because it was larger than the previous one. They did some measurements and determined the best way to hang the new tv without damage to my ceiling or w all ll. These were true professionals and very courteous to me and careful in my home.

The agent was very careful to make sure everything was working before mounting everything. Then mounted the TV keeping all of the cables tucked behind the TV and out of sight. Everything was then tested and cleaned up. Went over the new TV to make sure we understood all of the new settings.

Excellent service, I was very pleased. My tv was delivered to my home in 2 days after purchase. No long wait for this purchase. They had my tv mounted just where I wanted in approx. 15 mins. Or Less. They made excellent recommendations which I found very practical, .they went beyond excellent , their work was outstanding! They even removed the empty tv box for me with No fuss. This is my best gift (to myself) so far, I’m thoroughly enjoying it! Thank you very much Best Buy, my Best Buy so far!!!

The original installation was not what I expected but the re-install was great. It was done to my expectations and they understood what I wanted. The sound bar is now where it belongs and wires are not visible. Only wish the original installer had been a little more on the ball. Sorry I don’t have a before picture but previously the sound bar was on a lower shelf and was not aesthetically pleasing

This TV was a replacement for my ladt TV that got damaged during my move but had warranty. This model is 10 times better than the last one. It adjust through anylighting and the image is crispy. My folks are jealous they complimented my new installation.

Installer spent the time to make sure all products work & what additional equipment is needed

Prompt and Professional both the technician and his aid. They even wore booties to protect my new carpet.
